The quick answer is YES!
If you’re sick of paying way too much for your smartphone service then quit doing it and look for alternatives. I’m sure that’s one of the reasons why you’re reading this, but you really just need to quit being scared and/or lazy and just do it. Most likely you’ll thank me when you do. Plus you’ll have more money at the end of the month because of it.
I was a little wary at first too. I had been with AT&T for forever. I don’t really like change sometimes.. Or maybe I mean I never like change. But I did my research and pulled the trigger. Over 2 years later and I’m so glad I did. Not only that, but I’ve also converted friends and family too who are also happy with Republic Wireless.
Only pay for what you use at Republic Wireless
Republic Wireless has made some improvements and changes in the last couple years and one of those changes is their new refund plans. What happens is you select a plan, like the 2GB data plan for example, and then at the end of the month they refund you back whatever data you don’t use. You get refunded dollar for dollar. So for a person like me who doesn’t use too much data your bill is going to be ridiculously low. I pay less than $15 per month for my phone Why? Because most of the data that I use is over wifi and not cell.
You see Republic Wireless uses a hybrid system where you use wifi when it’s available and when it’s not you have the cell data to use. They also use wifi for your phone calls when you’re on wifi.
Let’s step back a minute because this might all sound confusing to you at first. All you really need to know is that the phones work well and you get to pay less for your smartphone service.
So what’s the catch?
There’s no catch here. They try to keep it pretty transparent over at Republic Wireless. The only thing that I would say is a downside is that if youre a heavy cell data user then more than likely Republic Wireless is not for you. Why? Well because then I think you can find cheaper service somewhere else. Although, Republic Wireless does say that “Our customers average $13.51 per month, after refund”. I’m one of those customers. More than likely you’re one of those customers too.
Worried that you’ll use too much data and that Republic Wireless won’t benefit you? Well, then you should just do some investigating. Look into your own account right now and find out about how much data you use each month. More than likely it’s less than 2GB per month of cell data. Also, don’t forget that when you’re at home you can use your home’s wifi for data and that won’t count towards your monthly allotment.
Do yourself a favor and give Republic Wireless a try. Trust me, you won’t look back.
