Thankfully there were no injuries with the rocket explosion today, but Elon Musk is probably exploding inside. His once booming Tesla stock has plateaued in recent years bouncing around between $200 to $300 a share. Is this a sign of things to come?
Don’t get all crazy if you’re a Tesla fan. Although this could be construed as “click bait” go ahead and read on anyway. Sometimes “trolling” is actually right. Other times it’s completely ludicrous.
The exploding rocket was supposedly carrying a satellite that was going to bring internet access to people in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. That would have been great, but now Musk is set back $62 million plus for the exploding rocket. Now, that’s a lot of dough!
Elon Musk can be polarizing for people. You either love what he’s doing or you hate it. This type of feeling reminds me of another company that is very polarizing, Apple. We all know what happened to Apple.
Invest in Elon Musk companies
If you like to speculate a little, then you definitely want to be looking at what Musk is doing. This guy has a lot of innovative things going on at his companies. Some people would say his ideas could change the world. Others will tell you he’s crazy.
There’s one thing for sure though, and that is if the Tesla stock gets dumped you should think about jumping on board for the ride back up.
If you want to get into the company that plans to send people to Mars by 2025, SpaceX, then you’ll need to wait for the IPO since it’s still a private company. If Elon Musk’s Tesla is any indication then you’ll want to get in early on SpaceX. Early investors of Tesla that got in near the start are now holding stock worth 10 times what it was when they bought it. This all happened in the last 5-6 years.
Why are you talking about Tesla when SpaceX had the explosion?
That’s a great question. Because people are betting on Elon Musk when they buy Tesla shares and anything that happens with, to, or whatever Elon Musk then people listen and analyze it to bits. Go ahead and so a google search now and tell me what you come up with. It didn’t take me but a second to find one that referred to how the explosion could make think it’s “a blemish on Musk’s reputation for quality.” So yes, it does matter.
